How do I order a subscription?

How long does it take for me to receive a confirmation of my order?

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the Shipping email or you can click on your account in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. You can also track your shipped order by entering the supplied UPS tracking number at www.ups.com.

In the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email.

Can I cancel my Order before it is shipped?

You are unable to change or edit an order once the order has been successfully placed. Please email us at info@betheonecoffee.com right away so we can assist.

If you would like to change any personal information, “Sign In” under your account on the upper right of our Homepage and there you will be able to update any information.
